DIABETES, Fight With This Spice That Increases The Metabolism Of Sugar Up To 2,000%

PC. Luis Quiroz Ravines

Diabetes is a silent disease that affects more than 500 million people around the world and is an important cause of blindness, heart attacks, kidney failure, lower limb amputation, cerebrovascular accidents, among others.

Modern diet causes the pancreas to produce excess insulin and when this overproduction exceeds the capacity of cellular insulin receptors, insulin resistance results.

This resistance leads to high glucose levels which leads to a condition of pre diabetes.

And finally to type 2 diabetes

Some ways to prevent and delay the onset of type 2 diabetes are a healthy diet, maintain a normal body weight, avoid smoking, practice regular physical activity, etc.

An early diagnosis of diabetes  is very important.

The large pharmaceutical industry promotes in the market a series of drugs that unfortunately have not managed to treat or prevent the explosion of diabetes around the world.

Not to mention the numerous side effects that these medications cause, including muscle pain, weight gain, dizziness, anemia, diarrhea, fatigue, ETC,

To combat diabetes, traditional medicine has successfully used a bark that is topical by several recent studies that show that this millennial spice can help balance blood sugar.

It’s about cinnamon

In cinnamon there is more than just pleasant taste and smell.

Cinnamon contains a compound called methylhydroxy chalcone polymer, or MHCP, which works with insulin to help process glucose and increases the metabolism of blood sugar by about 2,000%

The Department of Agriculture of the United States (USDA,) is the Organism that in laboratory tests demonstrated the increase of the metabolism of sugar in the blood in surprising levels using cinnamon.

In a new USDA investigation, patients with diabetes who took a teaspoon of ground cinnamon daily for several weeks reduced their blood sugar levels by an average of 20%.

A final study showed that regular consumption of cinnamon significantly increases insulin production and finally balances sugar levels. The methylhydroxy chalcone polymer of cinnamon helps to process glucose.

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, published a study in which people fed rice with cinnamon, reduced up to 73% in the rate of emptying of the stomach. This simple measure markedly decreased the increase in blood sugar levels. The increase of a peptide that helps to prevent excess of food, important, was also proven, because these excesses of food can increase the levels of sugar.

Cinnamon also promotes heart health, reduces inflammation, can help you lose weight and is a powerful antioxidant.

Cinnamon has the property of mimicking insulin to eliminate glucose from the blood, for this reason, the body stops storing excess sugar as fat.

Other properties of cinnamon include:

• increases memory

• Relieves arthritis.

• Support healthy blood clotting

• Improves digestion.

• Reduces blood pressure

But to effectively combat diabetes, cinnamon should be consumed

” Ceylon cinnamon “. (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)

diabetes

The majority of cinnamon offered in the stores, are not Ceylon cinnamon, it is a similar spice called cassia.

Ceylon cinnamon comes from India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Brazil and the Caribbean. It is more difficult to find and more expensive.

Cassia has 250 times more coumarin than Ceylon cinnamon and can cause cancer and liver toxicity.

For diabetes, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder a day is the recommended dose.

Another spice used in India, for more than 2,000 years, to fight  diabetes and to control sugar and is the herb called Gymnema sylvestre, also known as “gurmar” which means “sugar destroyer”

A group of patients took “Gymnema sylvestre” for 18 months and at the end of the study 100% of the patients showed excellent levels of sugar.

Another plant that notably regulates sugar levels is cerasae or Cerasee. Numerous studies show the value of the cerasae to regulate glucose levels.
