The failure to address the fateful United Airlines Flight 93 on 11 September, revealed that life offered him a new opportunity to live the way he wanted.

The first step was to abandon diets and a job which he hated and kept him under intense stress. His initial decision was to be out of the vicious circle that pushed him to gain weight and lose health. It's been 10 years and looking back is pleased to have made the right decision at the right time.
