Why belly fat accumulates?
It seems that the main cause of the accumulation of fat in the abdomen is an adrenal imbalance. When we are hungry sugar and blood brain launch messages to the adrenal glands to release the hormone cortisol. This hormone active fats, amino acids and glucose to feed the body until eating. If the cortisol and insulin remain elevated in the blood, this excess accumulates as fat especially in the stomach.
When long-term stress have both insulin and cortisol remain elevated in the blood, and excess glucose is stored as fat, particularly in the abdomen.

This is the recipe to remove belly fat
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 cucumber
- A bunch of parsley
- Half a lemon
- 1/3 cup water
Wash the ingredients and place in a blender, process until smooth liquid and if you want add a little honey.
Drink a glass of this drink every day at night before going to bed. It is likely that the first results from the note two weeks. Is sensible to take a month and rest a few days. If you see unwanted effects stop this drink. Consult your doctor before starting this treatment.
