Lose Weight With Natural Super Foods

For good health, super foods, and for proper weight appropiate food. It is not easy to enjoy a healthy life but eating well is the first step and select fresh food, full of vitamins, minerals, essential oils, proteins and antioxidants will make a big difference in our health. And good health goes hand in hand with appropriate, proportionate to our age and height weight. There is a group of foods that provide greater benefits, are more positive for our health, improve metabolism and facilitate burn calories and lose weight. They are called super foods.

Here are some of those super foods

Green Tea

Originating in India and China, is considered the most consumed beverage in the world, although only 20% as green tea and black tea 80%. In traditional Chinese, green tea it was used to heal wounds and stop bleeding, help mental health and heart and improve digestion.

Recent studies have shown that green tea can have positive effects on type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, decongest the liver and help you lose weight. Green tea contains antioxidants and phytochemicals that help generate good cholesterol and bad cholesterol block. Green tea increases the rate of metabolism and burn calories faster. The Matcha variety is the most recommended because it has the most nutrients than other types of tea, can be raw and powdered and leaves.

In 2010 The American Chemical Society presented research showing that green tea bottled is not equal to the tea contains more polyphenols prepared. The FDA approved an ointment green tea topically to treat genital wart.

Grapefruit

There is a fruit that has attracted attention for its ability to help you lose weight. A study by the University of Berkeley found that regular consumption of grapefruit increases metabolism and triggers weight loss and reduces the effects of saturated fat diets.

The study was carried for 10 days in two groups of mice. One group were given a high-fat diet but also were given grapefruit juice throughout the day. The other group only gave them water and high-fat diet. The group that consumed grapefruit juice lost 18% of weight relative to the second placebo or control group. Additionally, the group fed with grapefruit reduced from 13 to 17% their glucose levels and had 3 times less insulin than placebo. Apparently these effects are due to a compound called naringin. The Director  of the Study, Dr. Joseph Napoli was optimistic about the results, but did not know how much grapefruit juice daily would have the same effects in humans.

Grapefruit is full of vitamins A and C and contains a good amount of lycopene, an antioxidant, which some authors say may reduce cancer risk. If you are taking antibiotics, medications for anxiety, lowering cholesterol, before consuming grapefruit consult your doctor to avoid interference with these drugs.

Dark chocolate

A widespread taboo is that if you are trying to lose weight, you should stay away from chocolate. A taboo that really is not true. The black chocolate stabilizes blood sugar, reduces high blood pressure, is super antioxidant, slows the desire for sweets and junk food and helps you lose weight.

Flavonoids  of black chocolate reduces insulin resistance, increase circulation and prevent arteriosclerosis, and discourages overeating, important aspects if you are overweight

Qeen Margaret University revealed promising results of a study on black chocolate that affects the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. The study states that the black chocolate has a great impact on the synthesis of fatty acids in the body by reducing fat absorption, digestion and carbohydrates. The person who eats the proper type black chocolate feels a sense of satiety, useful in the effort to lose weight.

The black chocolate has an impressive antioxidant capacity and can speed up the metabolism to burn more calories and fat efficiently. It also helps reduce the need to eat sweets, salt or fat.

Linseed

“The Appetite” magazine published in 2012 a study that says that 2.5 grams of flaxseed fiber helps suppress appetite, satiety and this involves eating less food. On the other hand flaxseed slows digestion and prevents glucose in the blood rises and this balance helps you lose weight.

The flaxseeds are also a major source of Omega 3 essential oil that facilitate weight loss. One tablespoon of flaxseed provides only 37 calories and soluble fiber flaxseed to be fermented in the colon increases good bacteria that can influence weight loss.

In April 2015, the British Journal of Nutrition reported that when menopausal overweight women consuming flaxseed increase insulin resistance, when the body does not respond normally to insulin.

Many diet programs include flaxseed because its dietary fiber is important for weight loss and just a tablespoon of flaxseed can improve metabolism and reduce levels of bad cholesterol

Salmon

In 2001 a study found that people with a diet rich in monounsaturated fatty acids lost an average of 9 pounds against another group that consumed a diet low in fat and rather gained 6 pounds on average.

Salmon is high in fatty acids, especially Omega 3 which has been shown to prevent heart disease. Salmon is rich in protein and low in calories and many minerals hence the bright pink flesh. Salmon is also rich in Omega 3 also trout, sardines, mackerel, tuna, shark and oysters

Red wine

The skin of the black grape contains a super antioxidant, resveratrol, which stops storing fat. Recent studies show that moderate drinking red wine helps to lose abdominal fat and fat in general. Resveratrol also is promoted as an anti aging facial cream and Resveratrol is included in numerous formulations.
