Alzheimer's disease

How naturally prevent Alzheimer’s disease

PC. Luis Quiroz Ravines

Alzheimer's disease was first described in 1906 by German psychiatrist Alois Alzheimer as a progressive brain disorder that caused a gradual and irreversible decline in memory, language skills, perception of time and space, emotional stability , pattern recognition, coordination and eventually, the ability to care for oneself. Alzheimer's is associated with abnormal changes in the brain that involve plaques, beta amyloid proteins and free radicals. Risk factors include both genetic and environmental factors

Is it possible to prevent Alzheimer naturally?

Alzheimer's disease that progressively destroys memory and the ability to communicate affects millions of people, but researchers seem to have discovered a way to reduce the shocking statistics: Studies indicate that consuming diets high in Omega 3 essential acid found in fish can stop Alzheimer's.

To reach this conclusion, the scientists studied adult mice genetically programmed to develop the disease. The mice were divided into two groups: One group was fed a diet rich in docosahexanoi acid or DHA, the Omega 3 found in several cold-water fish. The other group was fed a diet low in DHA.

After five months of study, 70% of mice fed less Omega 3 developed plaques in the brain attributed to Alzheimer's.

For optimal health is crucial right balance between Omega 6 and Omega 3 in the diet. While both are essential to human health, most, are not aware that we have a serious excess of Omega 6 in our diet, in a ratio of 6 to 3. The ideal balance is 1: 1

Consider the following guidelines that will protect you from Alzheimer without medication: Follow a proper nutritional plan. Eat Omega 3 fish oil high quality. Avoid aluminum, such as antiperspirants, pots. Etc. Eat plenty of vegetables. Avoid vaccines. Keep your mind active. Start the regular consumption of  Sacha Inchi oil, available in supermarkets and department stores and as you know contains over 48% oil Omega 3.

On the other hand, researchers at Northwestern University have found further evidence that Alzheimer's may be a third form of diabetes. Insulin and insulin receptors are crucial for learning and memory and is well known that those components are very low in people with Alzheimer's. Researchers have found that a toxic protein in the brain of Alzheimer's patients, called ADDL removes insulin receptors of nerve cells and consequently block the memory function.

A last study reveals that eating fish high in omega-3 essential oils such as mackerel, salmon, etc prevents and slows significantly the appearance of the disease Alzheimer

Food is essential. To increase our vitality and prevent cell degeneration should eat nutritious foods rich in vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids as

nuts

wheatgerm

avocado

broccoli sprouts, alfalfa etc.

sesame seeds, sunflower or pumpkin

linseed oil etc.
