elixir of youth

Elixir of Youth? Why not to try?

PC. Luis Quiroz Ravines

A natural desire of mankind is to remain forever young, which of course is not possible until today.

But since ancient times, especially women, they have used and use numerous options to look younger and beautiful, and used countless products that the cosmetics industry put to their reach.

Really treatment to retard aging should begin from inside with a healthy and balanced diet, practice regular exercise and a good stress management.

In this article we note an "elixir" which according to many women have given them an appearance of youth up to 30 years younger.

Science and the aging process

Researchers around the world are constantly looking for ways to slow aging and offer man the possibility of extending their lifetime.

Dr. Al Sears is one of those researchers and one of the world leaders in the anti-aging process. He has followed closely the extraordinary discovery made by Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn more than 20 years ago. Dr. Blackburn won the 2009 Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology for her remarkable discovery.

Dr. Blackburn and her team discovered "telomerase" an enzyme having the ability to reconstruct the end of chromosomes known as "telomeres"

These chromosomes function as barriers at the ends of the DNA to prevent them from shortening.

But there's a problem

Every time cells divide and auto copied exactly, telomeres shorten and while most they shorten more rapidly ageing cells and of course the body in general.

Actually this process of self-copying, reproduction and shortening is the true "biological clock" that controls the aging process.

But Dr. Blackburn discovered that the "telomerase" enzyme slows the biological clock that is allows telomeres shorten less and still be rebuilt.

The "Telomerase" is sleeping in our body and the challenge is to awaken and make it active.

And while researchers are working feverishly studying telomerase, the Dr. Al Sears suggests that one of the natural ways to revive the "Telomerase" is to consume nutrient rich in essential oils Omega 3. This is confirmed by the Journal of the American Medical Association that after observing for 5 years about 600 people with high intake of Omega 3, found a significant increase in the enzyme "telomerase"

In addition, Dr. Al Sears says that telomerase needs essential vitamins that you can find in foods: (daily allowances)

  • Folic Acid – 800 mcg
  • Vitamin B12 – 500 mcg
  • Riboflavin (B2) – 25 mg
  • TMG (trimethylglycine) – 500 mg
  • Riboflavin (B2) – 25 mg
