Drinking water and its benefits

"You are not just what you eat; You are what you drink
This is why water is so important to your health "

This is stated by Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, who has studied water and its effects on health for over 18 years.

More than 70% of the planet's surface is water, of which 98% is salt water and only 2% is fresh water that we can drink.

"It Is Unintentional Chronic Dehydration That Causes Pain and Disease, Including Cancer In The Body”, says Batmanghelidj.

Water is the lost natural element that prevents and even cures naturally degenerative diseases, almost free, is the theory of the Iranian physician, author of the book "Water Cure"

The Secrets of Water for Health According to Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj

Dr. Batmanghelidj was a graduate of the School of Medicine at St Mary's Hospital at the University of London, where he studied with Sir Alexander Fleming, who shared the Nobel Prize for the discovery of penicillin.

Batmanghelidj, claims to have treated 3,000 people with peptic ulcer in a prison. This case was published in the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology in June 1983 and SCIENCE WATCH (Science Times) of the New York Times published it on June 21, 1983.

These diseases are alleviated or cured with water, according to Fereydoon Batmanghelidj

Water is useful for curing arthritis

According to Batmanghelidj, antacids with prolonged use can cause ulceration, inflammation of the stomach, hiatal hernia, and pancreas and liver problems.

Water can help cure or prevent angina

Angina or heart pain may be a sign of lack of water or severe dehydration, especially in the lungs. You should always go to medical supervision when there is an angina event, but drinking enough water can help a lot

Colitis can be relieved by drinking water

Dehydration over time can lead to hemorrhoids, polyps, and diverticulitis and increase the risk of cancer of the rectum and colon.

Water helps prevent and heal high blood pressure.

When there is not enough water to fill all the blood vessels that carry vital food to millions of cells, hypertension adapts to this dehydration. Enough water and a little salt can help stabilize hypertension.

What Happens When You Drink Water On An Empty Stomach – Health Benefits Of Water

My personal experience with water

For several years I was tortured by the painful fibromyalgia. Four years I took corticosteroids to relieve pain and one year, Viox, which was withdrawn from the market because it caused heart attacks.

Knowing the havoc for the long-term health of corticosteroids, I desperately sought a different solution. I found the book "Water Cure" by Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj who claimed that water cured about 20 diseases, but not included fibromyalgia. However, a small chapter referred to psychosomatic illnesses and I knew that fibromyalgia is a psychosomatic illness.

In my case, the disease appeared when I had an intense feeling of self-blame for a family event.

I started the water treatment as the book indicated, but after 12 days I did not experience any improvement. I for fear of raising my blood pressure did not include salt as the prescription indicated and I thought I was not applying the treatment correctly.

I began to include salt in the water and at 10 days I noticed a slight improvement.

By month my recovery was remarkable, the pain had reduced significantly and fatigue and morning muscle stiffness as well.

My routine was this:

In a tank I placed 6 glasses of water and added a pinch of salt, not ¼ teaspoon per liter of water recommended by Dr. Batmanghelidj, I with two fingers took a pinch of salt and added to the 6 glasses of water.

I took two glasses together every time, at intervals of 15 – 20 minutes. In an hour I had consumed the 6 glasses of water, always in pairs.

Before lunch, I drank two glasses of water but without salt and in the evening before dinner, two more glasses of water, also without salt.

Following this pattern, I got to take up to three liters of water daily. But salt, I only added to the first 6 glasses of water.

It has been several years, and God has allowed me to recover in 99.99% and since then on average I drink 8 glasses of water daily.

I do not know if other people would have the same result, but I narrate my experience with absolute sincerity.
